Sagwon Bluffs, off the Haul Road, North Slope, Alaska
This is where Dolores and I will be for the next 30 days. The bluffs are anywhere from 100-200 feet tall and are miles long. Included are some people for scale. We will be looking at the rocks at this location to try and figure out what the ancient environment of Northern Alaska was like JUST AFTER the time of the Dinosaurs.
