Answer:
Quote "THE APPLICATION OF BP EXPLORATION (ALASKA) INC. for an order to establish pool rules for development of an Orion Oil Pool, Prudhoe Bay Unit, North Slope, Alaska"
It allowed BP to drill for oil in a satellite field off of the main field at Prudhoe Bay.
